How Faculty-Led Programs Work
Our faculty-led model is designed to make international programming smooth, predictable, and supportive from start to finish.
Program Development
You share your academic goals, preferred dates, and student needs. We create a proposal outlining a sample itinerary, clinic integration, excursions, and pricing.
Collaborative Design
We refine the structure together — adjusting schedule, clinical placement types, excursions, and academic components to match your department’s requirements and vision.
Pre-Departure Preparation
Students receive detailed guidance on travel requirements, expectations, safety, packing, and cultural considerations. Faculty receive clear documentation needed for internal approval and course alignment.
On-the-Ground Execution
During the program, our team manages logistics, transportation, housing, clinic coordination, and daily support. Faculty are free to teach, mentor, and focus on the academic side while we handle everything behind the scenes.

Sample Program Models

Seville – Winter Term Model
A 2–3 week program that integrates 40–60 clinical observation hours, faculty-led academic sessions, cultural activities, and guided excursions to surrounding regions of Spain.
Costa Rica – Short-Term Faculty-Led Model
