We’ll hold your spot for a limited time until your $500 deposit is received.
Please note: registration is not confirmed until the deposit is submitted.

The remaining balance is due January 10, 2026 (50 days before the program begins).

Program Pricing

For CEU Course Participants:

  • Shared Room (twin beds): $2,295

  • Private Room: $2,595

Plus-One Pricing (family/friends – non-course participants):

  • Plus-one sharing your private room (same bed): $1,095

  • Plus-one sharing your twin room (two beds): $1,295

  • Plus-one in their own private room: $1,595
    (A second room will be reserved)

Important: Only the PT/SPT participant pays the deposit and fills out this form. Plus-one costs are added to your final balance.

Deposit Policy

  • $500 deposit is refundable until November 1, 2025.

  • After November 1, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Your remaining balance is due January 10, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit: refundable until November 1, 2025, then non-refundable.

  • After January 10, 2026:

    • 50% refund of the total program fee for cancellations made through February 22, 2026 (7 days before the program start).

    • No refunds for cancellations made February 23, 2026 onward.

After submitting your registration, you’ll have the option to pay your $500 deposit right away to confirm your spot — or you can return and pay later.
