This interactive workshop dives into the heart of clinical reasoning. You’ll learn how to approach differential diagnosis through the lens of evidence-based practice, integrating research, clinical expertise, and patient values. Using dual process theory, Dr. Serafino will guide attendees through real case scenarios to practice balancing intuition and analysis. Ideal for all experience levels, this session helps sharpen diagnostic precision while reinforcing structured clinical decision-making.

2:00 PM – Workshop 2: Lab Practical – Joint Mobilizations for the Shoulder, Hip & Knee – Dr. Clint Serafino
Time to put theory into practice. In this hands-on lab, you’ll rotate through three mini-sessions focused on essential mobilization techniques for the shoulder, hip, and knee. Each station begins with a quick anatomy and clinical review, followed by supervised practice with feedback. Whether you’re learning these techniques for the first time or refining existing skills, you’ll leave more confident and capable in your musculoskeletal toolkit.

Dr. Marissa Oxenford, DPT
The founder of Redemption Physical Therapy, an out-of-network clinic in the Tampa Bay area serving athletes and active individuals. With a background in gymnastics, CrossFit, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, she blends her passion for movement and strength training with patient-centered care. After working in traditional insurance-based clinics, Marissa chose to build a practice aligned with her values—contributing her own way to health care reform and the future of physical therapy.
Dr. Clint Serafino, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Owner of PERFORMANCE COLLECTIVE and Founder of Global Physio Training Foundation (GPT), Clint is a seasoned Physical Therapist with over 14 years of experience. He has worked with elite U.S. Military units, including Rangers, Green Berets, SEALs, and the Special Operations Command in Germany. In 2017, he completed a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, placing him in the top 1% of PTs. Clint has also provided clinical expertise to athletes in MLS, NASCAR, Professional Bull Riding, and NCAA Division I sports.
Dr. Steven Spinks, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT
A professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Gannon University. He also serves as adjunct faculty for the American Institute of Balance and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). A frequent national and international presenter, his clinical expertise focuses on vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and clinical decision-making in student clinicians.
